Frequently asked questions
QHow long does one session take?
Per the user manual, about 12–22 minutes depending on the program. Selecting MODE 1 cuts the time in half.
QCan it be used with other equipment?
Protocols for use with ULTIGHT, lasers and other equipment are covered in operator training. When used together, follow the precautions for each device.
QHow should the installation space be prepared?
Place it indoors with good ventilation, with the heat-emitting rear of the unit at least 30cm from the wall. Recommended environment: −10~50℃, 10~90% humidity.
QIs there anything to check before use?
Do not use on pregnant women or people with acute illness, heart disease or malignant tumors, among others. See the user manual for the full list of contraindications.
